Children's Liturgy of the Word is open to children from Kindergarten age until they receive their First Eucharist. It is offered during most Sunday mornings; children are gathered during the Mass before the readings and they are led to Carmel Hall. There they hear the scriptures and talk about them on their level with adult catechists. The children return to Mass to celebrate the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

Adult and youth catechists are needed to lead interactive reflections of the Sunday readings at the 9 & 11 am Masses.
